What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for store credit only. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags attached.

How long does shipping take?

Standard domestic shipping typically takes 3-5 business days. Please allow 1-2 business days for processing before your order is dispatched.

Do you offer international shipping?

Yes, MATTE Brand ships worldwide. International shipping rates and delivery times vary by location and will be calculated at checkout.

How do I know which size to order?

We provide a detailed size guide on each product page. Our pieces are designed for a snug, body-contouring fit; if you are between sizes, we recommend sizing up.

Can I modify or cancel my order?

Once an order is placed, it is immediately sent to our fulfillment center. Therefore, we are unable to modify or cancel orders once they have been confirmed.
